Ari, the Registrar at the Baltimore Excel Center, is eager to help students achieve their high school diploma. Her previous experience as an employment specialist for Goodwill, elevates her passion and excitement for the important work happening at the Excel Center. 

Who is Eligible to Apply to the Baltimore Excel Center?

  • Maryland residents
  • People ages 21 and over
  • Individuals who do not have a high school diploma or GED

How Do I Apply to the Baltimore Baltimore Excel Center?

  • Create an account online, by clicking here
  • Submit your application 
  • After your application is received, someone from the Excel Center will call you to let you know the next steps, which include helping you get your high school transcripts so the Excel Center administrators can see what courses are required to get your diploma.

What Happens When I Am Accepted to the Baltimore Baltimore Excel Center?

  • Once you are officially accepted, you will attend an orientation session to learn more about the Excel Center and take a tour of the school. 
  • You will also take placement tests in reading, writing and math so your Excel Center Life Coach, teachers and administrators can tailor a curriculum to your academic needs. 
  • Then, Excel Center staff works with each student to schedule classes that will fit into their busy lives.
