Goodwill President & CEO, Lisa Rusyniak recently joined Kim Dacey on WBAL-TV to discuss our efforts to bring The Excel Center to Baltimore. The Excel Center is a FREE high school for adults (21 and over) so they can earn a Maryland Department of Education-issued diploma.
